Summary
This is my second PV150 and I cannot complain. Get the job done and keeps my Note 4 charged. Great for camping trips for that little bit of extra charge and makes you the lifesaver when someone else's phone dies.

Summary
So far I have been loving this power bank. The experience has been mostly pain free. The only gripe I have, and this may just be me, is that this power bank needs a 2A charger to fill it. I have tried using a 1A charger and the power bank either does not fill up or actually loses power. All in all though it is a great product and I would still recommend it

Pros
Small and lightweight. Simple to use and charges up fairly quickly. It's very handy when, at the end of a busy day, your phone is around 9%. You simply plug it in and your running hard again.

Summary
Ever since moving to a smartphone, battery life has been an issue - one likely compounded due to favouring the smallest phones. My last battery pack was an Arctic C1 (see my reviews) which was a poor experience at best. At its size, the onboard solar cell was a joke, and the cell had always self-discharged by the time I needed to use it.
This ADATA model is functionally identical but for the lack of a solar panel, and includes a single USB A to USB Micro B cable wired for power only. The LEDs give charge readouts in 25% increments. Beyond that, this model is just bizarre.
The description alludes to a "leather print", and at first glance it appears the unit comes in a TPU/pleather case, which would be a very strange "value add". In reality though, this actually a non-removable part of the plastic shell. As such, they could have just made the whole unit textured and ditched the design motif, as it really doesn't add anything.
There is a power switch, but I'm not entirely sure why. It shouldn't take any less power to listen for a button press than to listen for a device being attached, and with the switch you'd also need to power a relay that disconnects the output port.
The final oddity is that there are two capacities marked on the case, as you can see in the product photo showing the label. The first is "Battery capacity: 10,000 mAh", as expected, but the second is "Rated capacity: 6,300 mAh". How does that work? Sanyo Eneloops for example, are guaranteed to be >=95% of the labelled capacity (2,000 mAh is 1,900 mAh minimum). So this battery pack has a capacity of only 63% of that advertised?
The weight of this thing is somewhat reassuring, and honestly I'll be satisfied if the pack, fully charged, would allow me to keep my phone alive for two weeks with moderate usage.
