Experience: 1 Months

The little display is nice for those users that just can't be bothered to shutdown power outage. They want to gamble how long the battery will last before their computer dies. No they have an estimated minutes remaining to work with.
Cyber power seems to be price competitive, and I've got other units from them that are performing as expected.
Nothing, so far.
It is a UPS. Plug it in, let it charge up, it does it's job. Nothing magical here as it uses the same tired old battery tech that all the others do. Holds for about 20 minutes with a simple dell workstation and a 24 inch LCD monitor. That time will no doubt deteriorate as the batteries do over the next three years. At which point I'll just buy what ever has a decent Watt-hour:price ratio like I did with this one to replace it.

Experience: 3 Months

Sockets are oriented so they don't interfere with each other
Sockets are also oriented such that longer power connectors will jut out from the UPS
The CyberPower UPS has worked, near as I can tell, flawlessly for the last few months it's been in service. I haven't had any large power outages, but the indicator screen shows that it's helped me through a few events. If it says so, I guess it's working. Here are a few thoughts on the device:

*It seems to use the same control/interface as all of the other major UPS brands out there right now, so while the buttons may look different, the screen and information is roughly the same here as on any other brand. I don't know how much other componentry is shared, but I suspect there's some significant overlap.

*As I've mentioned in the Pros and Cons, the UPS has sockets with the grounding holes towards the outside. This means that the individual items you plug in probably won't interfere with each other, as they might if the ground connector were vertically oriented, but it also means that plugs with right angle cords coming off of them will stick out.

*The sockets are also spaced tightly enough that any larger power bricks plugged in there will crowd each other out. One shouldn't, strictly speaking, plug a power bar or multi-tap into a UPS or any other device that divides power, but it may be the only way to actually use the available capacity of the device.

*A quirk of the underlying hardware is that, while it will tell you what the power draw is if you tunnel down to the appropriate display, it doesn't accurately show very small loads, which will read a zero load. I haven't experimented to find the threshold but it is there.

The ideal test of a UPS is in the long term reliability. I haven't had this one long enough to tell, but it's done well enough so far that I've no objections to recommending it. Ideally, it'd make better use of the rear real estate by condensing the data connections and spreading out the power connections, but it's certainly usable for most people.

- Comparatively inexpensive
- Small
- Adaptive Sine Wave
- Cannot fine tune the line sensitivity very much
Came fully charged, and works great for my low requirement setup.
Software is ok. one feature I do miss from APC's software is you can set a date that the battery was last changed, for future reference.
Also, the voltage spike/drop  setting cannot be set closer than 88v/138v. That is a pretty big range for electrical equipment.
Other than that, no complaints.

Experience: 3 Days

Works well keeping PC active in the event of a power failure.
Well built, compact design, plenty of protected outputs.
None so far.
I tested the output of this on an oscilloscope and confirmed that in battery mode there was a true sine wave output. Well done Cyberpower.

Experience: 30 Days

sine wave, small size fits on desk nicely
wire connecting to battery caught on inside plastic and bent battery terminal. Could be a little more room for wires or have better wire routing.
Nice LED display, displays power usage. Turned off audible alarm, quiet environment, don't need extra noise. Small size easy to fit. Reasonable price on replacement batteries.

Experience: 5 Weeks

Compact design; decent software interface; good price for a sine wave UPS
None thus far.
The power where I live can be saggy at times and as a result, my PC would often drop  out (several times a week). Since being on this UPS, I haven't had any issues.

Experience: 4 Weeks

Pure sinewave (PFC)
LCD is quite nice and useful
Very well packaged
Unit looks nice
None so far
I've had this unit for 4 months yet. Ironically, I didn't have one power outage since, but it does help to clean my power.

The PowerPanel software is simple, yet useful. It does look very much like the APC personal software.

I really like the LCD. I recently moved from a 5 years old AMD build to a Haswell build and the UPS was able to show me that my new build uses way less power (watts). It was nice to know !

Finally, PFC is always great to have when using good power supplies such as Seasonic. Read about PFC if you don't know what it is, but if you get a non-PFC UPS with a PFC power supply, you might have a shutdown of your computer when a power outage occurs, even if you have a brand new UPS. Unfortunately, PFC UPS are more expensive, but the CyberPower is the least expensive to date with PFC enabled.

I would buy again.

Experience: 2 Months

- Pure Sine Wave Output
- Stable Power
- LCD Display
- Quiet while on battery
- Outlets are very closed spaced which can be an issue if you have a few power bricks.
This unit replaces a dead APC XS 1300 that served me well for years. I wanted to move to a Pure Sine Wave UPS and this one was the best price/performance ratio.

Thus far, it has worked perfectly with the multiple short outages (few seconds) I've encountered since I bought it and I have not encountered any issues.

Firestorm ZERO
Experience: 1 Weeks

- Smaller than what I expected
- LCD gives a lot of stats
- Sine wave
- Sockets are too close (bad if you have those larger than normal plugs)
Cheapest Sine wave UPS. Always had an APC but gave them a shot. Compared to features+price, this one is better.

Experience: 6 Months

-Not to tall, not to thick
-Great LCD display giving information
-Expensive compared to non green power
-Wish one of the outlets was more spaced out.
I own 2 of these, I got one on Boxing day for a similar price to the non green power unit. I owned a Belkin and Opti UPS before, and replaced them with these. I really like the LCD showing how much power is being used, only issue I have is that I need more room for one of the outlets for the battery back up. I am using 1 for my main monitor, my PC takes another batter back up outlet, and my modem takes the other back up location, but its plug, and the routers plug are so big, they block the forth outlet, so I cannot plug my router in for batter back up. This is really just bad planning on behalf of the modem and router companies I chose. If one of the outlets was spaced out just another 1/2 inch I would be okay.
