If you have a cancellation request, please post your 8 digit invoice # below.

Please do not post other questions or inquiries here as I would like to keep this as simple as possible for everyone.
Please do not post here if you've already requested one on Facebook or Twitter.

If you already had confirmation a cancellation was done and just waiting for a refund, please do not re-post. All refunds are currently on a pending list / queue based on order dates and when the refunded request was made. We apologize for any further delays and please know that we are trying to process them as quickly as possible!

I will keep the thread updated when cancellations have been done and contact those individually if there is a need to.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding during this time, we are doing the best we can.

Edit: Processing dept prefers invoice #s rather than order #s if available.

Hello,

I need to cancel the remainder of my order 4505393. I ordered parts 5 weeks ago, you charged my credit card and the remaining items haven't been shipped - this is unacceptable.

There wasn't even a courtesy email saying that the shipment is delayed, sorry about this, thanks for your patience. If you're not going to send people their products, don't put "Available" on the website and don't charge their credit card.

Also, I looked at pcpartpicker.ca the next day and all of the parts I ordered were $230 less than the price match I paid to you! Which means I overpaid almost 30%! And I had to pay for shipping which would've been free through amazon.

I tried contacting you over the phone many times and there was a voice mail saying "Sorry, we're busy, please try later." You won't even pick up your phone to handle customer service issues. Now I’ve missed out on Black Friday and Cyber Monday…

Bottom line is I over paid on parts to wait longer for delivery - ridiculous. This has been a terrible customer experience and I have no reason to order from you in the future or recommend you to friends or family.

Anyway, rant over. I'd like to cancel the remainder of my order and receive a refund to my credit card for $755.14. This is the amount of parts, tax, insurance, and shipping for the undelivered items calculated by dividing undelivered part cost ($619.96) by total part cost ($894.91) and multiplying this percentage (69.28%) by the total order cost ($1,074.12).

Let me know when I should expect the refund of $755.14.

I apologize for replying to a message/forum that is slightly off topic, but I have had no other luck coming into contact with anyone at NCIX.

I recently purchased a GTX 1080 from NCIX and received it in the mail a few days ago. There was the promotion to include Destiny 2 with the purchase, but I did not receive any product code or any indication of what to do next to receive the code.

If you could let me know how to get the product code for Destiny 2 that would be great.

update  have received nothing from NCIX (they promised a check to pay the refund.

On seperate note, I had an order on points, which they sent a message saying i had not paid, but did not respond to email or request in these forms.

Now sent an email saying it is cancelled because they didn't get a call or email about it. I still cant open a new thread here. (if this posts I will be surprised!! )

After tickets,app message and facebook message , ive never had a comeback on whats going on with my new 1800$ pc , its still in processing stage since ,find out that my graphics card dissapear of the website and my ram is backordered , the order was done oct 26 its been 4 weeks and i fear that i will not see my system this year, after many years of business with ncix i will cancel this order since i cannot wait any longer...
