i got this RAM to replace my current Kingston value ram as i needed to build a workstation for someone, and the kingston value ram was actually more expensive than these. that didnt work out...so now i have 8 gigs of RAM and i must say that its great. i do not know how much of this can really be attributed to the mushkins in particular but i definitely notice an increase in speed and performance overall for my computer...and its already running a wolfdale at 3 ghz and one of the new seagate hard drives with faster read/write speeds. overall a great buy. too bad they came out wiht the MIR after i bought it...maybe ill buy another kit so that i can have 8 gigs using only these!

Bought these sticks for a system with a Biostar 965PT motherboard. Have them overclocked mildly to around 900MHz with almost no adjustments running solidly.

This kit is definately for those who doesn't have a huge budget for upgrading or new computer. This memory kit was also easy to install onto the motherboard. The computer will also be sped up a little by this set of Rams. However, there was a time where these memories were unstable and i had to restart the computer again. But this issue happens only once for me.
