Summary
The UPS works, sale price is good. Supports loads up to 900W which is plenty sufficient for a PC and three monitors.
The UPS is very heavy, this is not a con and should not be listed as a con in other peoples review. All high capacity UPS's have large, heavy batteries. This is an unavoidable fact of UPS's. If you don't like the weight buy a lower capacity UPS or none at all.
Software worked out of the box, USB interface was painless to set up (in windows 10). The software uses very little system resources and is very functional. The UI is hideous (designed in the Windows XP era) but it's always better to have functional and ugly software than eye-candy that doesn't work.

Nice, a bit heavy (1500VA, duh..), can keep my desktop running for 16+ min with max load and about 38 min!! on normal load, 2 monitors.
Another model (much older, from 2008) still live OK.

Summary
The unit shuts off immediately upon loss of AC power, indicating to me that the battery is dead. The software and unit say the battery is at 100% fully charged and max load is usually around 342 of 900W, yet the unit cannot stay powered at all.

Quiet, sleek, excellent front display, good solid software, switch over is quick and painless and the alarm is there but not annoying.

The back power cord spacing could be better. Support for multiple brick plugs.

The software always works when plugged in via USB however it's also nice that at some level Windows now nativly supports UPS and detects it as a battery however the shutdown routines and timing and power levels should still be run by the software for better control. My only real gripe to the software and the UPS is the controllers calculation of total running time at present load: in the software it displays for example at the moment a run time of 48 minutes. That runs my router and my computer and one of the displays. When the system switches to battery the timer drops quite dramatically as the batteries are under load. This isn't a defective battery problem more a lack of programming on the systems side. A small gripe but 48 minutes estimated run time to 22 minutes in 12 seconds is a bit much. Still 22 minutes of run time for a big system is excellent! Highly recommended

It's a great UPS device, was able to use this while power was out over the weekend to back my files up. Had at least 20 minutes of juice left even running on my computer and monitor which I think is really good considering I bought this guy over a year ago.
