Summary
After years of relying on Windows XP, it was time to update/upgrade an operating system for my new home office computer. Loved XP, but it was time to let go! Windows 7 Home Premium is an excellent operating system. Almost loads itself. Learning curve not too steep and I don't need the features from the Professional edition of Windows 7.

Decided on Windows 7 as a clean install on a older laptop. The laptop is like new again. When you buy a laptop there is too much crap that they install. Decided on 7 as it is the best there is right now as Windows 10 still has growing pains. You can't go wrong with W7 as 10 needs another yr to get stable before I will do the jump.

It always works, and is what most people prefer. I did a trial on
Windows 8 a while back, and it is sitting on the shelf.

GOVERNMENT & BUSINESS Laptop and Notebook purchases made with government or business POs can be returned typically within fourteen (14)
days from original invoice date. Return will only be accepted with original packaging, accessories, cables, free gifts (if applicable), unopened
software and manuals and is subject to inspection before warranty approval. Laptop and notebook with tampered serial numbers or UPC code will be
denied returns. Please check with your B2B sales representative for specific terms and details.
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject
to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for blank media,
digital camera (and accessories), opened software, printers,

Defective software, video games or DVDs
