Pros
Sound quality is pretty good. The utility buttons are really useful. My headset can stay connected to up to 15-20 meters. The wireless is great, but it is very unreliable.

Cons
Connectivity issues are really annoying. It disconnects a lot. Not only the software updates did nothing, any 2.4 GHz wave will interfere with it.
The quality of the materials used isn't good either.
- The fabric started chipping away after 1 year.
- It uses plastic parts to mount heavy duty joints. Mine cracked after one year and completely broke after exactly 2 years.

Summary
Overall I'm very disappointed by this purchase. This headset did its job alright, but its quality is underwhelming. Even my older $10 headset lived longer than this. I expect far more from a product of this price tag and from Logitech.
I know it's out of production by now, but if you came across a second hand, don't buy it.

Summary
The overall experience is 5/5 but the wireless connectivity is 2/5 as it disconnects like crazy, and it sometimes takes a good 5 minutes to restart or a manual re-plug would have to happen. Other than that I would totally buy a new one if they fixed the connectivity issues. Would consider the new model that they came out with for a replacement.

Summary
If you can get over the annoying background noise of some series of the G930, you'll fine a decent entry game wireless headset...
However, went back to my astro A40 as my daily headset. While my usual guests use the logitech on the secondary PC.

Summary
Good product, but like other Logitech wireless devices I've had problems with battery life from the start.
It's not uncommon for me to have to plug them in the middle of a gaming session.

Maybe not the most comfortable I've ever worn but once you get them adjusted they are ok.

Summary
I had them for a little over a week now and I am quite happy with this purchase. They sound great while gaming, especially in surround mode, and with a little tweaking they do the job for movies and music too. They weren't super comfortable at first but if you take the time to adjust them properly and wear them for a bit they start to feel much better. If you wear them and walk to to edge of their range you may hear some pops and cutting out but while I am in the room with my PC they are great.
They shipped quickly (as usual NCIX) and we're a fantastic value. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for this type of product in the $100+ range.

GOVERNMENT & BUSINESS Laptop and Notebook purchases made with government or business POs can be returned typically within fourteen (14)
days from original invoice date. Return will only be accepted with original packaging, accessories, cables, free gifts (if applicable), unopened
software and manuals and is subject to inspection before warranty approval. Laptop and notebook with tampered serial numbers or UPC code will be

All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject
to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for blank media,

Defective software, video games or DVDs
