Summary
No problems getting this on MTS carrier, was unlocked just like description. The responsiveness is liquid smooth. Every large app that used to clog up my milestone ran perfectly on this.
It is on the official list to get Ice Cream Sandwich update beginning of 2Q which is any day now.
Looking forward to use this phone for the long haul!

Summary
I bought this for my American boyfriend to use on AT&T in the states - and it works PERFECTLY. It got him away from an iphone, and he's now one of the only people in the US to use a RAZR and not be on Verizon. :)
Keep in mind, it takes a micro SIM card, not regular size. It's also big enough to be difficult for girly hands to hold in one hand, but great for man-hands. And of course, having Swype helps avoid fatfinger typos.
Like another reviewer said, it's originally a Rogers phone, so it's full of bloatware. Just something to keep in mind. Still, when it's on sale, it's cheaper than buying it straight from Rogers.

Summary
The phone is originally linked(not lock) to Rogers. No issues after changing the APN. It takes a little bit longer to bring in the phone from Toronto but Anson(Coquitlam store) who handled my purchase was always on top of the order.

In the end this phone is a beautiful and attractive device that probably would have benefitted from being held back a few months and launching with more mature software including Ice Cream Sandwich. For most people considering form over other factors, the RAZR is no doubt one of the top handsets |

days from original invoice date. Return will only be accepted with original packaging, accessories, cables, free gifts (if applicable), unopened
software and manuals and is subject to inspection before warranty approval. Laptop and notebook with tampered serial numbers or UPC code will be
denied returns. Please check with your B2B sales representative for specific terms and details.
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject
to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for blank media,
digital camera (and accessories), opened software, printers,

Defective software, video games or DVDs
