Summary
Overall a great product from BenQ, however when compared to the ASUS 144hz monitor, they're basically the same panel, so you might as well save your money and buy an ASUS instead. Nonetheless, it is a great product to use! (I'd buy another BenQ if I had the money)

Cons
No easy way to switch inputs.. my old monitor from Samsung had a side button you hit to switch i miss that.
It came with a card that says to register for the warranty and it was a nightmare to find where to register.. i found a site by accident that i was suppose to use but it wouldn't let me finish the registration, the submit button did nothing, so i never could register it.
- Does not come with an HDMI cable.

Summary
Online i heard a lot of people warning about this being a so called TN panel monitor.. seems fine to me not sure what the fuss is about although i have yet to try this out any on any games. I pretty much decided to get this by reading the info at the Blurbusters website and i am glad i did. Its a great monitor and i got a great deal on it here too.
This item was shipped to me in the official BenQ box *quickly.
I missed the delivery guy but i was able to walk home a couple blocks with it.. the box is big but not too big / heavy to tuck under one arm.
Not much to say other than do your research online to see if this Screen is right for you and don't let the TN panel comments online scare you off.. i have been using this mostly to watch downloaded TV shows so far and the quality is great :)

Laptops and Notebooks can be returned within SEVEN (7) days
from original invoice date. Return will only be accepted with original
packaging, accessories, cables, free gifts (if applicable), unopened software and
manuals and is subject to inspection before warranty approval. Laptop and notebook with
tampered serial numbers or UPC code will be denied returns.
GOVERNMENT & BUSINESS Laptop and Notebook purchases made with government or business POs can be returned typically within fourteen (14)
days from original invoice date. Return will only be accepted with original packaging, accessories, cables, free gifts (if applicable), unopened
software and manuals and is subject to inspection before warranty approval. Laptop and notebook with tampered serial numbers or UPC code will be
denied returns. Please check with your B2B sales representative for specific terms and details.
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject
to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for blank media,
digital camera (and accessories), opened software, printers,
printer supplies, paper, projectors (and accessories), appliances,
handhelds, PDAs, notebook computers, special order computers and
special order items.
Defective software, video games or DVDs
will be replaced by the SAME title and format ONLY (and subject
to current availability) within 30 days of the Invoice date. Software, Drones,
video games and DVDs may be returned within 30 days only if the
item is UNOPENED (with shrink wrap still intact) at the sole discretion
of NCIX.com.
