Experience: 3 Months

longer than rev 1
I have this xfired with a Rev 1. Works as it should, only issue is I was limited as to which pci-e slot I could put this in because it was long enough to interfere with my HD cage (fractal design core 3000). I'm not willing to crack my case right now, but I'm fairly certain it was just the fan shroud that was longer. The PCB was pretty much the exact same length, maybe the heat pipes stuck out a little more. Regardless of the reason, it was definitely longer which was an issue.

With these two cards my CPU is the bottle neck. 3DMark gave me an achievement of 'Brawn' - "Your GPU is ready to rumble, but your CPU doesn't want to play." when I scored over 10K on firestrike with my poor old 8 core AMD. Time to go Intel.

Experience: 7 Days

Crossfires with my ASUS HD7970. BF4 frame rate jumped from 55-75 to 92-100(I have frames locked at 100). Temps while gaming/stress testing have not gone over 65C on this card.
The crossfire cable is barely long enough to reach on my motherboard(M5A99FX Pro.
So far this card is working great. For the price point here at NCIX its hard to beat. I would recommend.

Experience: 3 Months

-OCed out of the box
-Gigabyte RMA service is good in my experience
-I have rev. 1, this is rev. 2
I received this card after doing an RMA on my Gigabyte 7970. I actually got rev. 1, which is supposed to have worse cooling, but mine maxes out at 75c at full load, which I think is fine. Just recently, I Crossfired this with a CLUB3D 280x and the performance scaling is great.

I'd recommend this card to anyone wondering what 280x to get. This card is OCed a small amount out of the box. Gigabyte also has a great RMA service should anything go wrong.

Experience: 1 Weeks

High OC clock, stable, great $/KHash ratio for mining
Loud when it gets hot. Can't watercool it with a fullcover block.
Great card for mining. It doesn't run too hot, so they can be run decently close to each other. Generates about 700Khash for me on bamt. The power draw is a little high from them but if you like you can flash the BIOS to overwrite the voltage. For those wondering, I undervolted my card to 1081mv and it is running stable with much lower fan speeds and temps. I even stuck one of these in my main PC to see how it does with gaming, and they're great. I'm outperforming my friends GTX 780 in one of the games I play(though that could be because of other reasons).

Experience: 10 Days

-seems reliable, good performance
-wish it came with a bf4 coupon since some 270x have it but hey anyway the game seems glitched so aint very a cons.
I bought 2 and wish i had 2 more since its back order everywhere. These 2 cards are mainly for mining and i must say i had not a single problem with them (10 days of use 24h/24h), i have a constant 740-750 mh/s and this is at 1030mhz with 71c i could go to 1100mhz with proper cooling but since its winter here aint a problem, some said they had temperature issue with this card but maybe they bought the Rev1. Overall im happy with my purchase, i removed a star because of the price grouping with all major hardware sites.

Experience: 5 Days

-Standard R9 280x performance.
- Quality construction.
-For 1 of my 2 cards, driver crashes/system hangs after 2 hours under load.
-Both cards runs a little hot compared to other R9 280x (these at 83-85, where MSI are 78-83)
Bought 2 of these less than a week ago for litecoin mining. Fired both of them up for testing purposes (all speeds at stock) and found that they perform nicely. Unfortunately 1 of the 2 cards constantly dies after approximately 2 hours of use, causing a driver crash and sometimes a system hang. I have tried swapping pci-e slots between the 2, and even a completely different rig, yet the same card keeps dying. Although both cards perform well, I've had much MUCH better luck with my 2 MSIs, which have been running for months straight at full load with no hiccups.

Experience: 7 Days

Cheap price, high factory clocks.
Noisy, voltage locked, unstable at stock settings.
I got this card for $300, and for the price, I'm very satisfied with the performance I'm getting out of it.

However, I've had a whole host of issues with it. The main problem I've encountered is that out of the box, it is unstable at the clock speeds it ships with. I'd get random crashes in games, and the card would shut down randomly. I have a very nice band new PSU (XFX 750w Pro Black), so I knew that it wasn't my system.

I considered RMAing it, but with the shipping costs I decided to see if I could get it working properly on my own. I figured I could get the card stable if I tweaked some of the power settings. Here's where I ran into more issues: The power target setting does not work at all within ATI Catalyst or within Gigabyte's overclocking tool (neither does voltage). I decided to use a different tool, so I switched to ASUS's overclocking tool.

With this I was able to change the power target and bump the voltage a bit, and this has made the card stable. However, keep in mind that this card cannot be set to any voltage over 1.2v, so kiss any nice overclocks goodbye.

With my tweaks, the card is now performing nicely, but I shouldn't have had to download 3rd party software to get the card working at the stock clock speeds.
