Summary
Had a couple of those and mcp655 as well all with custom top EK and XSPC.
Work pretty much 24/7 for a year now and only one issue so far... I made the mistake of buying TT coolant who gunked my pump and WB :x
The main issue with this pump is the vibration, so each of mine are wrap with foam in order to cancel this annoying vibration sound.
If your limited is space, this pump can fit anywhere.

Summary
this is not the 1st time I use this pump. I made many builds with it, and was never unhappy. Personnaly, I prefer this one over the d655 even with the need of a custom top.

Pros
does the job so far
|
Cons
none
|
Summary
takes a lot of power and you may need to upgrade your power supply, I used it with an Antec earthwatts 650 and ended up underpowering my graphics card to the point where the card is now toast If you have a similar power supply with one rail you might have better luck or else get a bigger one I am now using a cooler master silent pro 1000 and no problems
the unit is quiet and even though it makes a slight noise in a case it is not noticeable

Pros
Quiet, good flow, small footprint.
|
Cons
None
|
Summary
I bought this and put an XSPC res/pump top on it. It runs nice and quiet and gets the job done. The only issue is that if you use a Bitspower 1/2" compression fitting on the top port you will not be able to remove the fill plug on top. This really is not that important as I only had to loosen the plug a wee bit to bleed out the air.

|
Pros
more powerful than most water cooling pumps
|
Cons
a bit loud for my tastes dumps a bit of heat into cooling loop
|
Summary
Its a great little pump for an average setup. I was expecting it to be a bit more powerful but it still is better than the other stuff available dedicated to computer cooling. Noise is a bit of an issue for a silent system (however, have to find those noise reducing baffles that are available in the EU)

Features
Introducing the MCP355™ pump: despite a remarkably small
footprint of 2.4" square, the MCP355 features an astounding 20ft of head to
provide superior flow rates in today's most complex liquid cooled systems. The
MCP355 is also a high reliability, high pressure industrial pump, featuring a
50,000 hour MTBF (5 year lifetime). Such reliability is afforded by the unique
design of this pump, which contains only one moving part: the magnetically
drivenrotor/impeller spins
on a single ceramic bearing, thus extending the life of this pump beyond
existing standards.
The pump is completely plug-and-play, and connects directly to
any computer power-supply through standard 4 pin power connectors. It's compact
and powerful motor make it ideally suited for extreme duty cooling in
environments where space is at a premium.
Summary of features and benefits
-
Small Footprint: 2.4" x
2.4" x 1.5"
- 50,000 hours MTBF (Mean Time

particularly well adapted to the proliferation of daisy-chained liquid
cooling devices in a single circuit: Multiple Processors, Chipset, Graphics,
and Hard Drives.
- 3/8" barb fittings.
- No maintenance when used with
de-mineralized water, and anti-fungal additives (Our HydrX™ additive is
recommended)
- Quick installation with
adhesive neoprene pad, or permanent installation with screws and grommets.
- RPM sensor plugs to 3 pin
motherboard fan connectors and reports impeller rotational speed
