Experience: 2 Months

loud great sound
wow this sound card is extremely loud and has a nice crispness to the sound, way better than my onboard, i cant beleive it has both spdif and coax digital, i will never go back to analog after hearing digital through this baby!

Experience: 6 Months

-Easy to install
-Sounds great going into my HT amp.
None so far
Bought this to replace my old SB audigy 2 and was pleasently suprised. I had never heard of Auzentech and was worried I would have hardware/driver issues but everything has been a breeze since I installed it. Optical out made my Home Theatre breath new life into gaming ... would highly recommend this card for builds ... especially on sale.

Experience: 3 Months

does what youd expect
driver on disk wont 5.1,have to visit site
Turn down the volume built onto your speakers when starting it up for the first time or your in for an unpleasant surprise./xp

Experience: 3 Days

Absolutely incredible sound
Easy to install and great drivers
None whatsoever.
This sound card is absolutely beautiful. The sound it produces is clear and stunning. I had no problems installing the Windows 7 drivers (installed under Vista SP1 compatibility mode as admin) and the drivers are great and full featured.
The upmixing here sounds great and realistic.
I had a bit of trouble getting it into my P7P55D LE mobo and HAF 932 case, but I got it inside in the end. The microphone produces a bit of a constant static squealing noise when hooked up to the sound card - not fatal, but it can be a bit annoying. Overall this is a must-have for anybody wanting great sound.

Experience: 3 Days

Price when on sale with rebate. Sound quality. digital outs, optical cable.
none so far
So far I am happy with this card, i have a htomega claro in my htpc and they use the same software witch is not the greatest but does the job. Using optical to my edifier s730's and they sound great.

Experience: 14 Days

Decent price when on sale (50$ with 20$ MIR)
Good upgrade over integrated card
Bad MIC quality?
No HD audio headers for case front connectors
Bought this when it was on sale to replace my integrated sound card. The sound quality on output is noticeably better, however the sound input (mic) is noticeably worse than that of my USB logitech soundcard dongle. Not sure if it was the drivers or whatever, but I'm just gonna keep using the USB input instead. Unfortunately there are no HD audio headers so you can't use your case's front connectors.

Experience: 15 Days

Great sound when coupled with SphereX
Get this on sale, and you never have to worry about future mobo upgrades. Just pick up any decent mobo and transfer this card to it for great sound everytime!

Garbage man
Experience: 2 Days

Very good card, very good drivers, good price
none so far, auzentech might be a bit overrated though
THis is really a good card, not the best around to listen to music, but most likely one of the best for the price

Experience: 6 Days

Extremely easy to install and operate
very clear sound if you listen to high quality ripped music like flac files
Awesome card, found it for 40 dollars. I just use it for music, so only 2 channel pcm for headphones and digital out to my receiver. My receiver then applies the 2ch sound to all 7ch of my sound system.

Recently owned an m-audio revolution and asus xonar ds. This card was an upgrade for sure. Asus xonar ds had low audio and split second dropouts listening to flac music when you turned the volume over 50%. The sound on this card is much clearer.

I see one person say its not an upgrade over onboard sound. Please make sure your listening to high quality rips. I see alot of people using low bitrate mp3 and then complain good sound cards dont improve sound. You cant create  better sound when it does not exist in the file. Garbage in garbage out so make sure you use high bitrate audio, flac is the best, or at least 320kbps mp3's.
Installed it in literally 3 minutes on a windows 7 32 bit system. Works perfectly. No issues.

I also like that it outputs to my headphones and digital out to my receiver at the same time. Thus i dont need to go into the control panel and switch anything whenever i want to listen to music on one or the other.

Highly recommended.

Experience: 3 Weeks

* DDL & DTS Connect
* Swappable dual DIP type OPAMP
* Comes with TOSLINK fiber optic digital cable & MPC to MPC CD S/PDIF audio cable
* Works well under WIndows 7 x64. You need to download Drivers from the Auzentech website and be sure you get the correct one. It can be confusing if you do not fully read the web page.
* While the nice gold colored panel is pretty it is tough to read what goes where when you are plugging in. You will have to refer to the manual if it is already installed and you cant see the little engraved icons.
* Software included is very basic when compared to something like Creative
* Website for driver download should be clearer with maybe a large "Download here for Windows 7 x64" button or something since some people say they cannot find the driver. It is there but you have to LOOK and READ.
The construction is very well done and the type of Caps it uses are meant for a very long lifetime. It has DDL & DTS Connect so can up-mix the source and encode it into a bitstream that can be sent over a single cable which eliminates cord clutter in the bargain. Black PCB is also nice. I wish more companies used black pcb.

Swappable OPAMPs so if you want to you can upgrade the card although I think if I wanted to do that I would just buy an entirely new card. Some people might like that option though.

The software it comes with is very simple but it does get the job done. It is not as involved as Creative THX sound suite etc but it does everything you might need it to do including sound effects, room speaker setup and the Xplosion sounds better then my Creative ZS 2 Platinum that is in a spare PC.

The Karaoke/Magic Voice settings let you filter voices so that you can sing along to music if that's your thing. I can't see myself using that feature but it is a nice option I haven't seen before in a software suite.

It certainly beats my ZS 2 and the onboard my Gigabyte UD5 has. And while I would like it to be more clearly marked on the card where things plug in I can't fault what it is used for.. clear great sound when gaming and for DVD playback or music. This card is excellent!
