Pan tilt, height adjustable is great.
Used these LCDs in a dual monitor setup, great picture, nice to have the speakers built in, saves desk space.

Experience: 8 Months

super clear, color vivid
I tried 1080p movie, much better picture quality than the regular TN panel, especially, you can get more details in dark area, VA panel picture is super clear and vivid. also you have more control options, Great product from Benq!

Experience: 6 Months

Ability to pivot screen vertically
Godd value
I currently own 3 of these that I use for eyefinity. I have no complaints. Gaming is a joy on eyefinity. Triple desktops are also efficient and multitasking couldn't be better! I also use these in vertical for forum viewing. I recommend this product.

Experience: 8 Months

Very nice picture.
Flat black finish.
Low reflective screen (not glossy)
Small enough bezel for multiple monitor setup.
Landscape or portrait orientation.
Not a con for some people, but I would have liked to have had an HDMI option (two display port and one vga).
Like many I picked up two for a dual display setup. May in the future grab another for some triple monitor gaming!!

Very pleased with with all aspects of this monitor; it had every feature I was looking for and at a great price!

Experience: 2 Months

Amazing picture
Good viewing angles
Got two of them for some peeps at around $170 which is a great deal so I'll base it on that. The Quality of the product is good and so is the viewing angle along with the picture quality.
I have a Dell UltraSharp U2311H IPS and love it but it was a bit more expensive that this also.
The automatic light level sensor and Eco Sensor can be annoying for some but I know for a fact that others like it.
There's a little bit of ghosting but not bad at all IMO and no one plays games on them either.
For below $200 this is simply awesome.

Height/angle adjustment
Great viewing angles
We bought two of thise monitors and wee like them so far. Only paid $178.99 for them during the Christmas season so for that price we really can not complain.

Great Ergonomics, Amazing colors, great contrast, Great height adjustment, LED backlit, auto-brightness adjustment
No on board speakers
This monitor has the best color production I have seen. I got this monitor when it was on sale and wow it’s such a great deal if you can get it for the sale price. VA panel monitors really produce amazing colors. The only flaw with VA is that they have the slowest response time and they have worse viewing angles than IPS counterparts. However, for the price you’re paying for, it’s so much better than a TN panel and you’re paying only a little more. At this price IPS panels can’t beat in contrast and black levels though. The BL2400PU is also awesome for its stand build which allows you to swivel and twist and turn however you want to fit your viewing needs, it also has versatile neck height adjustments which helps for different users. It’s always a plus when your monitor can be adjusted to meet your eye level instead of the other way around. The monitor is also LED backlit which seems pretty popular nowadays. I do have one concern, which is does anyone else think that the colors could be better if it wasn’t LED backlit and instead CCFL? Even though the colors are amazing at the moment, I can’t help but wonder, could it have been better since some people complain LED backlit makes the colors duller.

Good price on sale, 8 bit VA panel, 16:9 AR, very bright, great black levels, low power consumption, very light, good connectivity, built in speakers, great stand.
Slow response time
Picked one up as my new office monitor. Don't really game there, so response time is not much of an issue. Ive noticed no ghosting when watching movies, thought Im not too sensitive to it in the first place. Love the picture quality and colour reproduction, not using the stand and speakers, but the stand looks great. speakers are probably crap, but good for those who just need basic sound in the office. glad i chose this over a cheap 6 bit e-ips panel :)

Experience: 14 Days

Height and angle adjustments, wide viewing angle, eye protect
Almost useless speakers
This is an excellent panel in its price range. The contrast and deep blacks of this panel make it excellent for watching movies and photo editing. Though the panel does not cover all of the sRGB range due to having LED back lighting, it is worth having the lower power consumption and thinner display.

The viewing angle really is extremely wide, though there is a slightly noticeable color shift when moving the view from right to left. While facing the left side of the screen about a metre away for example, looking to the right side would show some noticeable color shifting. The effect is less noticeable vertically.

The panel has a matte finish so it is very good at dispersing light and not having annoying reflections. The labels for the OSD buttons are hard to see so it is easy to get confused with which button to press.

The movie and photo modes that the monitor provides make the picture look quite unpleasant making it useless, but this may just be personal preference. I usually use sRGB mode for colour sensitive work, and Standard mode with Eye Protect (which senses the brightness of the light around you and adjusts the screen brightness accordingly). I also occasionally use Eco mode.

The Eco Sensor, which turns off the screen when it senses that the user has left the computer, is a nice feature, but my current distance seems to sit somewhere between the middle and far sensing ranged, as the middle still doesn't sense me while sitting, but the far range constantly senses the wall behind me.

I think it's a bit odd that the display does not offer HDMI input as an option, yet has an audio-in port. But using an HDMI-to-DVI cable works fine for me. Having DisplayPort input is a plus though I don't have a system which uses it.

The speakers are very small and are almost unusable. The only use I would think of is if someone had no external speakers.

One thing that someone moving from TN to this MVA panel may notice is the ghosting. I find that I don't notice it in movies but it is noticeable in games where there are sharp lines moving quickly. Enabling AMVA does reduce the response time but it seems to vary depending on the colours the pixel is switching from and to.

Overall I think that for this price, this is one of the best monitors available. The MVA panel technology puts it ahead of any TN panel and the ergonomics of the monitor are unmatched by even higher priced products.

Experience: 1 Weeks

Adjustable Stand
Viewing Angle
Larger Bottom
This is one of the cheapest monitors you'll find that has a truly adjustable stand and a good all-purpose mva panel. Sure, it's not as 'fast' as a tn panel, but when running infinity, Id rather not have my side monitors distorted by the crappy viewing angles of most tn panels. The monitor does need some calibration, but that's to be expected. If you're planning on using a couple of these in portrait, you may want to pass. The bottom of the screen is about an inch larger than the sides and top. This could have been fixed if they'd simple left off the 'eco-sensor' - which you'll want to disable anyways - and they should have simply omitted the crappy speakers. They are worthless and serve no purpose, but to take up space... Overall though, this monitor (when on sale) is the best in its price range if you're looking for a non tn panel.
