Pros
-Amazing cooler keeps cpu very cool -It is very quiet on silent and on your own personal fan curve -Love the fact the pump isn't very tall so it was easier to install in my case -Reliable company
|
Cons
-Fan header which goes into cpu fan socket is not PWM... minor set back i suppose but that requires you to use their software and use one of your usb 2.0 headers on the motherboard
|
Summary
This is a really good cpu cooler especially since i got it on sale for $69.00. I honestly have nothing to complain about for the performance i got for the price.

Adequate cooling for a casual setup
|
Cons
A little noise - but I can accept it

Summary
Bought this cooler for $50 to replace a Kuhler 620 that wasn't working well. Software that comes with it is useful to monitor the pump speed and liquid temperatures.

Pros
super quiet incredible air flow
|
Cons
cpu mount would be a little hard to install for novice users as the instructions are not clear.

Summary
This is an excellent cooler. The noise that all of you are having is air stuck in the pump. Once you have an air lock it will not go away by it own. Here is what I did power up the unit before you install it hold the CPU cooler lower than the radiator and make sure that you radiator hose are facing down not up . Next shake the CPU unit while it on you will hear the air pass the tubes and it will be instantly quiet. Also when mounting it to your case make sure that your radiator is higher than your pump. Once the air is out its super quiet. Fans are only loud when in max setting. I play borderland 2 and bfbc2 and they are only turning at 700 to 800 rpm keeping my temp to 32 deg c. very quiet

Pros
Fairly easy to install, had good temps when it was working properly
|
Cons
Seems very prone to problems and noise - had two units that needed to be returned for replacement. I question the build quality (or I just had terrible luck, twice)
|
Summary
I had to send my H2O 920 back to Antec twice. With my first unit, the hose started to leak about 4 months after purchase. They told me it was a defective hose with a weak spot. The second (replacement) unit had a significant amount of pump noise that started after about 3 months, and got continually worse. This time, it was a defective pump unit. They told me it was still under warranty, and they would replace it. While I love the fact that they stood behind their product, Antec does not have a supplier in Canada that will offer a replacement prior to them 'checking' your unit (advanced rma they called it). So, I was forced to ship it to Ontario, wait for it to be checked and confirm it was a malfunction, and they sent out a replacement. The turn-around was about 2 months total. Meanwhile, I was forced to go through replacing the cooler with the stock intel unit twice, and back to the 920 when it got shipped back to me, which is a bit of a pain. After the second broken unit, I gave the replacement unit to a friend for free and upgraded to a Swiftech H220.

Pros
Great job of cooling
|
Cons
Like Terence_H the noise from the pump is excessive to say the least
|
Summary
I ended up removing the unit. I fired it up with a spare psu and tried as Antec suggested, shaking it to remove air from the pump. I then reinstalled it using Arctic Silver 5 with the pump hoses at the top and the rad hoses at the bottom to keep air out of the system. It did reduce the noise, not completely but to a point that I can tolerate.

Pump (often noisy if you get one from a bad batch), instructions are like hieroglyphics
|
Summary
Firstly, let me preface this by saying that Antec is a great company. This, however, is a bad cooler. The issue with the bad pump noise is sometimes due to a "bad batch", but do a basic Google search and you'll see that the product was designed with air bubbles (though necessary) that are expected to cause this problem at times. I'm disappointed that a company like Antec would push out a product without having tested it more thoroughly and worked out the kinks. The instructions. You know how Ikea has wordless, completely pictographic instructions that even a child can follow? Well, imagine not having words, but only horrible diagrams that skip key steps. Not much more to say. Again, I just expected more from Antec. Finally, if you do get a defective product, make sure you RMA through Antec rather than the retailer. Antec RMA even suggests this as retailers will probably just replace you product with another from the same "bad batch". All in all, if you can get this on sale, and manage to get a pump without defects, it would be e decent product. I even managed to configure mine in a Fractal Design Node 605 by converting the airflow of the case from one side to another - right to left, instead of in the front and out the back fan vents on either side.

Steady temperatures loaded LED looks great Easy to control Quiet
|
Cons
none
|
Summary
I installed this on my AMD FX-8350 CPU, and running loaded with two monitors, FarCry 3 on ultra, along with multiple applications on the second monitor, it still runs at 42 degrees. The software that comes with it is very helpful, and allows you to change the color of the CPU heat sink LED. It's very quiet and looks great inside the case. It never took up too much room, mind you I'm using a full tower case. Be cautious if buying for a mid-tower case, it could cause problems.
