Got this on sale for $65. At the price, it's hard to beat for a quiet, stable, and semi-modular psu. Yes, it's semi-modular, but the cable that you can't remove you're pretty much guaranteed to use. The only overkill for me was the molex line, which I only needed 1 of the 3 plugs on. And at that price, semi-modular is still great, and makes cable routing a lot easier.

I thought I would try Cosair as I have had bad luck with Antec.
Seems to be well built. Comes is a velvet bag which I thought was a waste of materials for the landfill. This power supply is semi modular. The 4 Sata cables and 4 standard power connectors are fixed to the power supply.
Video card power cable (x2) and a second set of 4xSata cables are modular. Plus a set of 4x standard power cables (who uses these anymore?)
I new this going in, and it works out fine for me.
Seems to be a nicely built unit and it is quiet.
When on sale at about $50 it is a good value unit.
Edit to add:
Another Antec PS died. So I replaced it with another Cosair. So I now have 2 of them. The cable management is perfectly fine. Also the mail in rebate program that they have is a good system.

Summary
I purchased this PSU because I looking for a low-priced MODULAR unit from a reputable brand. Despite the product info, this unit is NOT MODULAR! It is partially modular, but the ATX, EATX, Molex and SATA power are still permanently connected. If you look very closely, you can see the fat cable bundle sticking out of the corner. I don't appreciate this being advertised as modular and then Corsair carefully not including any photos which show the attached cable bundle.

All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject
to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for blank media,

Defective software, video games or DVDs
will be replaced by the SAME title and format ONLY (and subject
